  • Google Ads & Shopping: We rebuilt campaigns from scratch, leveraging Performance Max with feed optimization to push hero SKUs while layering exact-match keyword campaigns for precise control.

  • Meta Ads: Introduced angle-driven creatives that spoke directly to pain points (“finally a product that solves X”) and redefined how they positioned themselves against competitors.

  • Creative Testing: We ran rapid A/B/C creative cycles, testing hooks, formats, and messaging styles weekly — quickly killing underperformers and scaling winners.

  • ICP Research: Deep-dove into customer profiles, surveys, and competitor reviews to extract objections and desires → then turned them into sharp ad copy and scroll-stopping creatives.


Results

  • Achieved a consistent 6x ROAS across all channels.

  • Revenue doubled from 14M → 28M ARR in just 12 months.

  • Their best-performing creative became one of the most viral ads in the category, driving hundreds of thousands in incremental revenue.
