Angles: Moved from “buy our leggings” → to aspiration + identity marketing (“be part of the movement,” “gear for high-performers only”).
Google & Pmax: Dominated branded + non-branded keywords, while retargeting every visitor with lifestyle-driven creatives.
Scaling: We built a daily creative refresh pipeline (minimum 20+ fresh variations tested every week).
Results
Exploded from 120K MRR → $5M MRR within 2 years.
Best-selling SKU went viral → accounted for $1M/month alone.
