At 120K MRR, growth was slowing. Creatives were repetitive (“same leggings, same angles”), and the brand lacked narrative differentiation.

Our Approach

  • Creatives: Shifted to community-first storytelling → real athletes, micro-influencers, UGC, and “fit check” hooks crushed generic product shots.

  • Angles: Moved from “buy our leggings” → to aspiration + identity marketing (“be part of the movement,” “gear for high-performers only”).

  • Google & Pmax: Dominated branded + non-branded keywords, while retargeting every visitor with lifestyle-driven creatives.

  • Scaling: We built a daily creative refresh pipeline (minimum 20+ fresh variations tested every week).


Results

  • Exploded from 120K MRR → $5M MRR within 2 years.

  • Best-selling SKU went viral → accounted for $1M/month alone.

  • Became one of the fastest-growing gymwear brands in Europe.
